Regarding Dates for Case Management and Discovery, hereby ORDERS that: 3 I. Class and merits discovery shall not be bifurcated and shall proceed 4), simultaneously. Fact discovery will remain open until July 4, 2012. Pursuant to the Trial Order, all interrogatories, requests for documents, and requests for 6l| admission shall be served no later than May 18, 2012, and all depositions shall 7| commence no later than June 27, 2012.
